Steps to make 酸奶花卷

  • 1.面粉和酵母、白糖混合,用酸奶和面。
  • 2.和成光滑的面团,盖湿布放温暖处发酵。
  • 3.发酵好的面团,是原来的两倍大。
  • 4.面团取出放案板上,擀成薄面片,压成小圆片(分成小剂子擀开也是一样的)。
  • 5.四个小面片叠起,每个面片中间刷油防粘,切成八份,中间不能切断。
  • 6.相邻的部分相对扭一下,切口朝上。
  • 7.捏紧两端,把多余的剂头压扁。
  • 8.压到底部。花瓣就做好了。
  • 9.放到蒸笼里,中间放半颗红枣点缀下。二次饧发后冷水上锅,上汽后中小火蒸15分钟左右关火,再虚蒸3分钟开盖。
  • 10.馒头也开出美丽的花了。
