  • 细砂糖45克
  • 猪油6克
  • 香草粉1/8小勺
  • 小苏打1/6小勺

Steps to make 蛋黄圆

  • 1.准备用料
  • 2.将蛋白和蛋黄分别装入两个容器,在蛋黄中加入一部分糖
  • 3.用电动打蛋器将蛋白打至鱼眼泡
  • 4.分三次加入剩余的白糖,继续搅打
  • 5.将蛋白打至偏干性发泡
  • 6.将蛋黄和白糖搅拌均匀
  • 7.倒入蛋白糊中
  • 8.拌匀
  • 9.香草粉,面粉,小苏打混合,筛入蛋糊中
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.加入融化的猪油
  • 12.拌匀
  • 13.装入裱花袋
  • 14.在烤盘上挤出一个个直径约1.5CM的小圆饼
  • 15.放入烤箱,190度,中层,烤约10分钟
  • 16.呈浅金黄色,出炉
