碧螺烤翅
太湖碧螺春在种植的时候一排果树夹着一排茶树,茶吸收了的果的香味,所以泡出的茶汤带有天然的花果香味,用此茶汤加上其他的水果腌制好的鸡翅都带有花果的香味,油而不腻,口齿留香!

Steps to make 碧螺烤翅

  • 1.准备好的用料。
  • 2.鸡翅洗净在两面划上几刀。
  • 3.所有的水果去皮切成块。
  • 4.加入碧螺春茶汤,2大勺盐搅碎。
  • 5.鸡翅里面加入搅好的水果汁拌匀腌制4小时左右。
  • 6.烤箱里面200度,30分钟,中间拿出刷一次油即可。
  • 7.散发着浓浓果香的烤翅就做好了。
