  • 1.准备好一斤蓝莓(500g),因为买的蓝莓吃起来比较涩,所以就把它做成酱,早上吃面包或者蛋糕都可以蘸点来吃。

  • 7.放入蜂蜜熬煮至沸腾,用木勺不停地搅拌,以免糊底。
  • 8.煮的过程中不断搅拌,直至粘稠状即可关火。
  • 9.熬制浓稠状,倒出。
  • 10.将出锅的蓝莓放凉后,放入无水无油的干净的密封罐中,密封冷藏保存,随吃随取。
