还是用了以前的配方。只是将凤梨馅换成了五仁陷。

Steps to make 五仁月饼

  • 1.首先将杏仁、松子、腰果、葵瓜子、黑加仑洗净并控干水分。 然后将果仁(黑加仑除外)放入烤箱烤熟。 *(烤的时候,用低温烤至果仁表面发黄并有香味了说明熟了。松子和葵瓜子160度烤了5分钟左右;杏仁和腰果烤的时间长一点。)
  • 2.将水油面材料和油酥面材料分别混合并揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜静置30分钟。
  • 3.烤好的果仁放凉后捣碎,放入一个干净的盆里。
  • 4.加入黑加仑、黑芝麻酱、花生酱、熟的糯米粉、糖和花生油并搅拌均匀。糖的用量根据个人口味适当添加。
  • 5.搅拌后的五仁陷用手能搓成圆球、不散即可。
  • 6.将醒发好的水油面和油酥面分别分成8等分。
  • 7.取其中一份水油面面团擀成圆形,将其中一份油酥面团放到水油皮面皮的中间。用水油皮面皮包住油酥面团,收口朝上。剩下的面团依次做好后盖上保鲜膜醒发15分钟。
  • 8.取其中一块面团用擀面杖擀成椭圆形。
  • 9.卷成长条状,光滑的一面朝下。擀成长条,再卷起来,光滑的一面也要朝下。
  • 10.再擀成长方形,卷起来。
  • 11.用擀面杖擀成圆形并放入五仁陷馅料。包好。
  • 12.收口朝下,放入铺了油布的烤盘里。所有的材料一共做了8个。
  • 13.刷一层蛋黄液,放入预热好的烤箱里。210度,中层,25分钟。
  • 14.烤制7分钟左右,取出月饼再刷一层蛋黄液。这样烤出来的月饼会更好看。
