银河镜面蛋糕

  • 八寸蛋糕胚1个
  • 白巧克力225克
  • 玉米糖浆1/2杯
  • 炼乳1/2杯
  • 吉利丁粉1/4杯
  • 霜状白糖450克
  • 1杯
  • 1/4杯(糖浆)
  • 色素适量(黑,蓝,粉,白)

Steps to make 银河镜面蛋糕

  • 1.提前准备好一个8寸蛋糕胚,用霜状白糖均匀覆盖并抹平,放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上。取一小碗,将吉利丁粉和水混合均匀,静置5至10分钟左右。
  • 2.将水,玉米糖浆,糖放入锅中,搅拌均匀
  • 3.放在炉子上,中火煮至糖完全融化,呈透明状,关火。
  • 4.加入泡好的吉利丁粉,和炼乳,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将白巧克力掰碎,放在一大碗中。
  • 6.将搅拌均匀的糖浆倒入放白巧克力的大碗中,放置2至3分钟至百巧克力软化,再用电动打蛋器将混合物打匀。
  • 7.将混合物过滤,并分装在5个碗中,两碗较多的和三碗较少的。
  • 8.加入色素,调成黑蓝色,深蓝色,浅蓝色,紫色,和粉色五种颜色,黑蓝色和深蓝色为量大的。
  • 9.将深蓝色倒入黑蓝色的碗中,搅拌两下,呈两色混合,不用搅匀。
  • 10.将蛋糕取出,放在一个碗上,将碗放在铺有烘焙用纸的烤盘中。将黑蓝色和深蓝色混合糖浆缓缓倒在蛋糕上,使糖浆均匀覆盖整个蛋糕。再将浅蓝色,紫色,和粉色糖浆用勺子淋适量在蛋糕上,纹路随意。
  • 11.用蛋糕挂到轻抹表面使纹路融合呈银河状。
  • 12.用刷子沾上银粉,轻拨刷头,使银粉洒在蛋糕上。再将白色色素对适量水,同样用轻拨刷头的方式,在蛋糕上撒上白色的点点作为星星。静置待蛋糕完全干透即可。
