Steps to make 自制大地鱼粉

  • 1.大地鱼1包。
  • 2.用湿的厨房纸把大地鱼擦一下,利用烤面包的余温把大地鱼烤脆。(我烤面包用华氏350度(摄氏180度)烤,烤完面包关火把大地鱼放入,利用余温闷烤的。)
  • 3.烤脆的大地鱼扳小块,放入料理机。(精致的可只取鱼肉,我连头连尾一起放进去打了。)
  • 4.一开始打下停下,等大地鱼都碎了就可以连续打成粉状。
  • 5.广东馄饨必不可少的调味料。熬汤放点也鲜美无比。
