菠菜猪肝面
猪肝中含有丰富的铜元素,多喝猪肝汤不仅营养丰富,而且铜元素可聚积于感冒病毒的表面,加之维生素c的攻击,感冒病毒会被杀死。因此,冬季常吃猪肝或饮猪肝汤,并同时服用维生素c(每次200-300毫克,每日3次),可免受感冒侵扰。
  肝本身具有补肝养血、明目的作用,菠菜有补血作用。猪肝与菠菜相配,营养价值更高。幼儿食用,可以预防贫血、夜盲症,同时,还可以促进人体的新陈代谢,有利生长发育。

Steps to make 菠菜猪肝面

  • 1.新鲜的猪肝冲洗一下,切成薄片。
  • 2.用干净的水浸泡。
  • 3.将浸泡出的血水倒掉,并重复2.3步4—5次,直至浸泡的水比较干净为止。
  • 4.加入切碎的葱末、姜末、料酒、盐腌10分钟左右。
  • 5.锅中水热开。
  • 6.大火,氽入猪肝。
  • 7.撇去浮沫,小火煮10多分钟,我不太爱吃猪肝,煮一会汤比较浓一点,如果喜欢吃嫩一点的,不用煮这么久。
  • 8.水沸腾时下入面条,并搅拌一下,防止粘底。
  • 9.放入菠菜。
  • 10.煮至面条变软即可,调味,关火。
