  • 曲奇粉130克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 淡奶油30克
  • 无盐黄油110克
  • 椰蓉20克

Steps to make 椰蓉奶香曲奇

  • 1.备好黄油,糖粉,曲奇粉,椰蓉,淡奶油。
  • 2.将黄油先低档打至膨松色淡。
  • 3.再将糖粉加入,继续低档打至融合。
  • 4.再将淡奶油加入,同样打至融合。
  • 5.打好后将曲奇粉及椰蓉加入。
  • 6.拌至食材融合,预热烤箱。
  • 7.将饼干糊加至在裱花袋里,挤出相应的花型。
  • 8.再入烤箱上下火均是150度,烤制30分钟即可。
  • 9.放凉后再将饼干密封保存。
