  • 8.炒好的鸡肉盛出。
  • 9.另起锅,爆香葱段。
  • 10.加入香菇翻炒。
  • 11.加入毛豆翻炒。
  • 12.加入少量水稍微煮一下。
  • 13.加盖焖一分钟。
  • 14.把水分炒干,加适量盐、酱油调味。
  • 15.放入炒好的鸡肉稍稍翻炒。
  • 16.用湿淀粉稍稍勾芡即可出锅。
