少油版炒黄豆
看到冰箱里有半只猪蹄就准备煮黄豆猪蹄吃。谁知家里人已经提前把黄豆泡好了。看着自己泡的黄豆,就想着怎么吃才好。后来百度豆炒黄豆,就参考菜谱炒这些黄豆了。自己有改良了下制作方式,成品味道不错。

Steps to make 少油版炒黄豆

  • 1.黄豆提前洗净,泡水至软。
  • 2.把泡软的豆晾干至外表无水份
  • 3.煤气灶开小火,凉锅放入黄豆,用小火不停翻炒十分钟左右,再锅底倒入少许油,这时可以翻炒速度稍微慢点,放入椒盐翻炒。待豆金黄时,可用中火快速翻炒几分钟,听到有豆发出的噼里啪啦声,可改小火再慢速翻炒几下出锅即可。
  • 4.热的时候豆还不脆,只有香味,等凉后就酥脆了。
