Steps to make 辣炒年糕

  • 1.准备食材,鹌鹑蛋提前煮熟扒掉外皮,凉水下锅开锅后五分钟即可,年糕我用的芝士夹心的,如果是冷冻的就要提前煮至五成熟,如果常温就不用煮了。
  • 2.元葱和卷心菜切块,胡萝卜切丝。
  • 3.锅里倒油,倒入元葱煸炒出香味。
  • 4.倒入卷心菜和胡萝卜炒散。
  • 5.然后倒入辣白菜炒匀,青菜炒至变软就可以,不要炒时间太长,一会儿还要煮。
  • 6.加入适量清水后再加一勺辣酱。
  • 7.锅里水煮沸后把年糕和鹌鹑蛋下到锅里翻炒,再少加些盐,根据自己品味调整用量同,也可以少盛一些汤汁尝一下咸淡。盖上锅盖小火煮一会至汤浓稠就可以出锅了。
