  • 牛奶200克
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 白糖50克
  • 清水30克
  • 热水25克

Steps to make 焦糖气球布丁,在家也能轻松搞定

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.大白兔奶糖放入锅中,加入淡奶油与牛奶。
  • 3.开小火加热至奶糖完全融化。
  • 4.离火后加入泡软后的吉利丁片,搅拌至融化。
  • 5.过滤布丁液后放凉,再倒入矿泉水瓶中。
  • 6.在瓶口套上气球模具,然后轻轻挤压瓶身,冲入80g的布丁液到气球模具中。
  • 7.最后拧紧收口处并打结,用夹子夹住收口处,冷藏3-5小时。
  • 8.制作焦糖酱:将辅料中的白糖与清水倒入锅中,开中大火煮沸,再转小火慢慢熬至琥珀色,离火后马上倒入25g热水搅拌均匀备用。
  • 9.气球布丁放入热水中浸泡2-3秒,然后放入碗中,用牙签扎破气球表面。
  • 10.最后淋上焦糖酱即可。
