  • 1.蜂蜜+水混合均匀成蜂蜜水
  • 2.由于没有木质的长条盒子,这里只能用磅蛋糕的模具
  • 3.鸡蛋+糖打发
  • 4.细砂糖分三次加入,然后再加入味淋与蜂蜜水,不需要担心消泡,继续用电动打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 5.逐渐打成提起打蛋头可以划出8字并不马上消失的状态(类似海绵蛋糕的打发)
  • 6.筛入高粉,混合均匀,不要怕消泡,一定要混合均匀
  • 7.倒入模具,导出大气泡,放入烤箱,180度烘烤10~15分钟再调到160度烘烤30~35分钟
