花生红汤圆
过年必吃。往日里一直不敢给汤圆表皮调色,今年终于打定主意,无论如何,也要让汤圆换一种颜色。大不了就自己吃掉呗。什么乌紫棕黑,属于离经叛道型。用红曲粉调个红色,红色喜庆,算是一个不能拒绝的理由。
对于红曲能把面团变成什么样的红色并没有多少概念,随意加了半小勺,面团看起来粉粉的,好像也不太深。那就粉汤圆好了,着色太深也许会被质疑呢?没想到,这个看起来粉粉的面团,入锅以后,颜色加深,有点像梅花的红色,亏没有多加红曲,否则就改成深红,看起来就没那么喜兴了。。。。

Steps to make 花生红汤圆

  • 1.用料:糯米粉120克,红曲粉1/2小勺,水100克,花生汤圆馅90克。
  • 2.将面团料混合。
  • 3.揉成红色面团。
  • 4.分割成18等分。
  • 5.将面团按个小坑,放入汤圆馅。
  • 6.包好搓圆。
  • 7.全部做好。
  • 8.锅中倒入适量清水,煮沸。
  • 9.放入汤圆。
  • 10.再次煮沸后转小火,煮至汤圆浮起。
  • 11.熄火,盛出食用。
