Steps to make 清明粑粑

  • 1.准备糯米粉、粘米粉。
  • 2.准备清明菜。清明菜洗净,在烧开的水里焯下。取出挤干水分切末。
  • 3.将糯米粉、粘米粉混合,用热水搅拌成团后加入清明菜揉匀。
  • 4.锅内水烧开、上气后蒸腊肉30分钟,取出切末。
  • 5.将豆腐干切成小颗粒状,和切碎的腊肉混合,在炒锅中稍炒下。将清明菜面团分成四个剂子,像包包子样包好后,揉圆。
  • 6.平底锅内用软刷刷层薄油,将清明菜团放入锅中,用手稍按成扁圆形,两面煎至熟。
  • 7.青青绿绿的清明粑粑很好吃。腊肉已经有盐味,所以没再加盐了。
