银杏仁豆腐(布丁)
冰箱里一直存有新鲜的银杏仁(俗称白果),那还是去年冷冻到现在了呢。有时放入汤里,有时配菜用。经常食用白果,可以滋阴养颜抗衰老,延年益寿等功效。今天做这个甜品,本来是想学做杏仁豆腐的,可家里只有一包奶酪布丁粉。我想应该可以,只是该不该叫杏仁豆腐呢?还是应该叫它杏仁布丁更妥?银杏仁,本地方言只叫杏仁,但其实与杏仁是两种食材。不管它了,反正就这样做了。成品图圆的是下午冰箱冷藏了1个半小时就取出来拍了一张照吃了,方的是晚饭后取出来,在玻璃餐盒里的划成方形倒出即可食。拍照的,所以颜色因为灯光的缘故有所不同。味道么,就我而言偏甜。有的同事觉得不错,有的称又是黑暗料理,其实那是银杏仁特有的味道。

Steps to make 银杏仁豆腐(布丁)

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.银杏仁用热水泡上
  • 3.剥了外衣
  • 4.放入料理机加250毫升水
  • 5.将杏仁打成酱
  • 6.将杏仁酱过滤一下
  • 7.将过滤后的杏仁酱倒入不粘锅内,再加水约200毫升;
  • 8.边煮边搅拌,我用了硅胶搅拌铲帮忙
  • 9.煮开后加入所有的布丁粉
  • 10.边煮边搅拌,直到煮沸
  • 11.倒入模具稍凉后入冰箱。冷藏三小时后取出可食了。
