Steps to make 蒜泥三白——白玉卷、白粉丝、白肉

  • 1.材料大集合,白粉丝用温水浸泡10分钟后捞出备用生姜蒜瓣切成末备用^_^。
  • 2.在三分肥七分瘦的猪肉馅里加入2克盐2克花生油3克味达美臻品蚝油,搅拌均匀备用^_^。
  • 3.娃娃菜去头,起锅烧水煮开后放入白菜^_^。
  • 4.煮2分钟左右,娃娃菜杆软了关火^_^。
  • 5.捞出娃娃菜放入冷水浸泡^_^。
  • 6.拿出一张娃娃菜铺开,放入适量肉馅^_^。
  • 7.由下往上卷好^_^。
  • 8.放在盘子摆好^_^。
  • 9.铺上粉丝中间留空^_^。
  • 10.煮开水^_^。
  • 11.放入五花肉,再放入味达美臻品料酒中小火煮30分钟^_^。
  • 12.起锅将剩下的花生油倒入锅中加热^_^。
  • 13.加热至冒白烟时关火^_^。
  • 14.将滚烫的花生油倒入碗中爆香姜蒜末^_^。
  • 15.加入5克味达美臻品蚝油^_^。
  • 16.加入六月鲜特级酱油,搅拌均匀^_^。
  • 17.将一半调好的蒜蓉酱汁淋在粉丝上,待五花肉煮了20分钟后再开火上汽后放入锅中中火蒸10分钟^_^。
  • 18.煮好的五花肉放凉后切薄片备用^_^。
  • 19.时间到出锅^_^。
  • 20.在中间铺上切好的五花肉片^_^。
  • 21.如上图所示,再中间再放上一些蒜蓉酱,剩下的酱汁放入味碟,完成✅^_^。
