柠檬鸡爪
今年网上风靡一道菜——柠檬鸡爪。酸酸辣辣的,非常可口。

  • 鸡爪1斤
  • 红朝天椒10个
  • 香菜3棵
  • 大蒜籽5-6瓣
  • 1块
  • 黄酒一瓶盖(或料酒)
  • 白糖1勺
  • 香油2勺(或芝麻油)
  • 柠檬半个

Steps to make 柠檬鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪洗净,剪掉趾甲,放进锅里,加没过鸡爪的清水,切几片姜放进去,再加一瓶盖黄酒(料酒也可,我喜欢用黄酒)大火煮开,转中火继续煮5-6分钟(煮熟即可)
  • 2.煮好后将鸡爪捞出,到水笼头下冲一会(冲掉鸡爪的胶质)
  • 3.香菜(也就是芫荽)摘去黄叶,去根洗净控干水分,朝天椒洗净控干水分,大蒜籽剥皮
  • 4.辣椒切碎、香菜切段,大蒜籽切片放进一个带盖的大容器
  • 5.倒入生抽、醋、白糖搅匀,尝一下适合自己口味就行。
  • 6.冲洗好的鸡爪剁两半,放进去泡着,再将半个柠檬切薄片放进去,最后倒入香油(也就是芝麻油)。盖上盖子,放进冰箱(其实现在十几度的天气,不放冰箱也没问题了),四个小时入味了就可以把鸡爪捞出来吃了
  • 7.鸡爪吃完了,可以切一些黄瓜条泡进去,也可以放一些泡发洗净的黑木耳。泡入味了也非常好吃!
