  • 1.备好所需食材;
  • 2.黄油与细砂糖混合搅打至颜色变浅;
  • 3.加入蛋液,继续搅打至全部融合;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉与泡打粉,拌和至不见干面粉为止;
  • 5.每份儿取约13g的量,搓成小球;
  • 6.小球中间用食指按压下去,周围先裹一圈儿蛋液,再蘸取花生碎,整齐的码在烤盘上;
  • 7.烤箱预热,温度170度,时间12分钟,放入烤盘;待烤好取出烤盘,放凉后,在中间的酒窝位置加入果酱即可。
