Steps to make 泰式咖喱蟹

  • 1.处理螃蟹将螃蟹分成几块。
  • 2.切配料姜切片、香菜切末、葱切段、辣椒切丝、蒜拍碎。
  • 3.做咖喱爆香姜、葱、辣椒,加入咖喱粉和蚝油,然后加一点水煨一下,之后再加入白胡椒和糖。
  • 4.沾面粉切好的螃蟹沾上少量的面粉。(这样在炸的过程中蟹肉不会散掉)
  • 5.炸螃蟹达到油温后,将螃蟹放到油锅里炸一分钟。炸螃蟹前要把它的水沥干。(确定油温的办法请查看本文下方小技巧❶)
  • 6.拌匀将炸好的螃蟹倒入咖喱锅里,再加入牛奶、鱼露拌匀。
  • 7.淋蛋往锅里淋上打好的蛋液(两颗)。
  • 8.出锅放入切好的香菜,翻炒拌匀后即可出锅。
