圣诞姜饼屋
心仪圣诞姜饼屋很久了,那所用饼干糖果搭建的房子给人童话般的感觉。从画“建筑图”到烤饼干,装饰墙体,再到打地基上墙体,最后到封顶,这个过程持续了三天,过程虽然繁杂,但它终究是圆了我儿时的那个童话梦。

  • 黄油200g
  • 低粉900g
  • 金黄幼砂糖180g
  • 蜂蜜250至300ml
  • 糖粉600g
  • 姜黄粉10ml
  • 玉桂粉5ml
  • 小苏打5ml
  • 5ml
  • 鸡蛋6个
  • 塔塔粉2.5ml

Steps to make 圣诞姜饼屋

  • 1.准备姜饼原料
  • 2.准备装饰有原料
  • 3.准备建筑图
  • 4.黄油室温软化后,切小块,加入金黄幼砂糖,打发
  • 5.分两次加入两个鸡蛋
  • 6.加入蜂蜜
  • 7.搅打均匀
  • 8.姜黄粉,小苏打,玉桂粉,盐加入低粉内混合均匀
  • 9.过筛,加入打发好的黄油里,翻拌均匀
  • 10.揉成面团
  • 11.分成小份,保鲜膜包裹进冰箱内松弛1到2小时
  • 12.松弛好的面团擀成薄片,铺上刻好的建筑图
  • 13.刻出局部
  • 14.入烤箱180度,中层,上下火10到15分钟
  • 15.烤好的圣诞姜饼屋的拼件
  • 16.准备硬糖块
  • 17.砸碎后放入窗户框内,入烤箱低温融化
  • 18.溶化后的糖块就是窗玻璃
  • 19.烤制一块大的圣诞姜饼做院落,其他部件晾凉后,用蛋白霜作画,蛋白霜的制作照片省略了(四个蛋清加入2.5ml塔塔粉打粗泡后分3到4次加入600g糖粉)分成5份,一份白色的,其他颜色自己选择加入食用色素调配
