首先说这豆浆,尽量使用原浆,就是没有经过稀释过的无糖无添加的纯豆浆。火锅内的蔬菜,肉类可以自由变换,今天的火锅我是用最普通的大白菜,胡罗卜,自家制肉丸子。

  • 1.胡罗卜切小块,干香菇泡发后切小块,葱切小段,一起放入搅碎机里搅成碎末.
  • 2.将1加入200G肉馅里,加入适当胡椒粉,盐,酱油,香油.
  • 3.搅拌出筋.
  • 4.搓成大小适当的丸子。
  • 5.胡罗卜切片后切成花朵形状,
  • 6.蘑菇切片
  • 7.豆浆500ML 水200ML 料理酒两大匙 鸡精适当 芝麻粉三大匙 盐适当混合均匀。
  • 8.将所有材料放入砂锅内,加入调好的汤料,煮熟即可。
