  • 高筋粉250g(水油皮)
  • 低筋粉150g(油酥)

  • 1.板栗洗净备用
  • 2.用水煮熟煮软
  • 3.用料理机打成泥
  • 4.起锅放入黄油
  • 5.加入白糖炒匀
  • 6.倒入板栗泥小火慢慢炒
  • 7.炒的没有水分了板栗泥馅就做好了
  • 8.准备好高筋粉,低筋面粉做成油酥和水油皮
  • 9.250克高筋粉里加10克油2克酵母粉2克盐加入90克水揉制扩展状态即成水油皮
  • 10.150克低筋面粉加入80克油20克白糖做成油酥
  • 11.高筋面团揉好分成小份抱上适量油酥
  • 12.包好油酥擀成椭圆形
  • 13.卷成卷
  • 14.饧发15分钟
  • 15.压成饼状
  • 16.擀成薄片包入炒好的板栗泥
  • 17.全部包好放入预热好的烤箱175度20分钟烤熟
  • 18.烤熟了很酥的
