Steps to make 韭菜馅饼

  • 1.韭菜洗净切碎,适量盐腌制出水。
  • 2.400克面粉,一半加热水120克,一半加冷水100克。
  • 3.揉成偏软的光滑面团,盖好盖子,醒20分钟。
  • 4.两个鸡蛋搅匀,锅里放油,放入鸡蛋,用筷子搅碎。
  • 5.挤干韭菜里面的水,粉丝泡软切碎,放入鸡蛋,放入适量熟油(或融化的猪油),放入香油,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.案板抹油,取适量面团,揉圆,接扁,用擀面杖擀平,放入搅拌好的馅。
  • 7.像包包子一样,包起来。
  • 8.底面朝下,上面用擀面杖稍擀平。(现包现榨,时间长了会粘,面饼就不成型了。做好的饼柸可以放入冰箱冷冻保存,想吃再炸)
  • 9.锅里放油,放入饼柸。
  • 10.小火油炸至两面金黄。
  • 11.滤油。
  • 12.开吃。
