法式咸蛋糕是法国平民化的家庭式美食,完全不加糖和黄油,可依照个人的喜好而添加蔬菜肉类等等的材料;而且做法简单,配搭沙拉,就是一顿简餐。

Steps to make 法式咸蛋糕

  • 1.火腿分开切片(多点)和切丝(少点,只放表面)
  • 2.芝士碎(留点用在表面)
  • 3.盐、黑胡椒、 紫苏叶丝、罗勒碎
  • 4.高粉和低粉、泡打粉过筛备用
  • 5.蛋3个分三次加入橄榄油打发15分钟
  • 6.加入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 7.加入盐、黑胡椒、 紫苏叶丝(留点用在表面)、罗勒碎
  • 8.加入芝士碎(留点用在表面)
  • 9.加入已过筛的高粉和低粉、泡打粉
  • 10.所有材料搅拌均匀
  • 11.加入火腿片搅拌均匀
  • 12.把面糊倒入蛋糕模,在表面撒上火腿丝、芝士碎、紫苏叶丝
  • 13.烤箱180度,烤40分钟
