玉米面发糕
玉米面含有丰富的营养素,按颜色区分有黄玉米面和白玉米面各种。玉米面食品很多,在美国和其经研究发现玉米中含有大量的卵磷脂、亚油酸、谷物醇、维生素E、纤维素等,具有降血压、降血脂、抗动脉硬化、预防肠癌、美容养颜、延缓衰老等多种保健功效,也是糖尿病人的适宜佳品。

(1)含钙、铁质较多,可防止高血压、冠心病;

(2)含有亚油酸和维生素E,能使人体内胆固醇水平降低,从而减少动脉硬化的发生;

(3)粗磨的玉米面中含有大量的赖氨酸,可抑制肿瘤生长;

(4)还含有微量元素硒,能加速人体内氧化物分解,抑制恶性肿瘤;

(5)有丰富的谷胱甘肽,这是一种抗癌因子,在人体内能与多种外来的化学致癌物质相结合,使其失去毒性,然后通过消化道排出体外;

Steps to make 玉米面发糕

  • 1.玉米面与白面(1:1),糖、泡打粉放入容器中混合均匀。
  • 2.中间开一个窝,加入酵母粉。
  • 3.加入少量水把酵母化开。
  • 4.再慢慢加入适量水,拌成稍稀一点的面糊。
  • 5.找一模具,均匀地刷上一层食用油方便脱模。
  • 6.把面糊倒入模具中摊平。
  • 7.上面撒上各种果干,可随各个喜好加入。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍大。
  • 9.蒸锅上火,水开后大火40分钟即可。
  • 10.玉米面发糕色泽金黄、香甜松软易消化,特别适合老人与孩子食用。
