咖喱鱼丸火锅
这道咖喱火锅是孩子一人的晚餐,今天学校有活动,回来的特别晚,外面很冷,用这火锅驱驱寒气,火锅我用的是调好味的咖喱块,加入高汤调制的锅底,添加了孩子最喜欢吃的鱼丸 和娃娃菜 豆泡。。。。作为食材。味道特别香。

    Steps to make 咖喱鱼丸火锅

    • 1.准备好所用食材。
    • 2.在鱼丸和豆泡上切成花刀。
    • 3.娃娃菜从中间切开。
    • 4.取根部,用小刀从外向里依次切成花瓣状。
    • 5.把切好的娃娃菜花。焯水。
    • 6.将焯水的娃娃菜花和娃娃菜叶码放在火锅底。
    • 7.另起锅烧热,加入黄油。
    • 8.黄油融化后下入洋葱碎炒香。
    • 9.倒入高汤烧开。
    • 10.放入咖喱块,小火烧制。
    • 11.使咖喱块融化。
    • 12.调好的咖喱火锅底倒入带有娃娃菜的火锅中,加入喜欢吃的食材就可以享用了。
