  • 80克
  • 生姜37克
  • 芹菜叶少许

Steps to make 烤鱼

  • 1.草鱼一条,剖腹去脏,洗净。
  • 2.葱,姜,蒜洗净备用。
  • 3.在鱼的鳃部下方和鱼尾略上各划一刀,用刀身轻拍鱼身,从鳃部刀口处抽出鱼腥线。
  • 4.将鱼的一侧肋骨从脊椎处斩断,使鱼身平摊开来。
  • 5.在鱼身两侧打十字花刀。
  • 6.葱切段,姜切片,蒜瓣拍扁。
  • 7.将鱼放入大碗,加入白酒,酱油,白糖,盐,胡椒粉,葱段,姜片,蒜瓣腌2小时。
  • 8.烤盘铺锡纸,垫上葱段和姜片。
  • 9.放上腌好的鱼,再将腌鱼的卤汁,蒜瓣等倒在鱼身上。
  • 10.烤箱预热250度,放入烤盘,烤约20-30分钟,鱼肉烤透,取出。
  • 11.将烤好的鱼放入鱼盘,蒜瓣码在鱼身上,用芹菜叶子围边。
