又到一年月圆时-----苏氏鲜肉月饼
又一个中秋快要到来了,中秋是团圆的日子,但远在他乡的我们,只能用做月饼的方式来寄托对远方亲人的思念了,什么时候爸爸妈妈也能吃上我亲手制作的月饼呢。

第一次知道这款月饼时,其实一点都不感冒的,我们本来就不喜欢吃月饼,听着又是肉月饼,更是一点点兴趣都没有。

味道真的很棒哦,非常酥,我和小熊各吃了3个,说实话,吃多了,直接导致吃了后的一段时间内有闷油的感觉,不过小熊说他还好。

  • 普通面粉200克
  • 猪油80克
  • 温水50克
  • 糖粉5克
  • 5克
  • 肉馅200克
  • 蛋清1个

Steps to make 又到一年月圆时-----苏氏鲜肉月饼

  • 1.肉馅提前放入调味拌匀,然后蒙上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 2.油皮配方放入面包机桶,搅拌20分钟,当然,不怕麻烦用手揉也是一样的。
  • 3.油酥配方放入大碗里。
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 5.20分钟后,油皮已经达到出膜状态。
  • 6.将油皮和油酥放在大碗里,蒙上保鲜膜或者是放在锅里,盖上锅盖,松驰30分钟。
  • 7.30分钟后,将油皮和油酥分别分成8等份。
  • 8.取1份油皮,用手按扁,然后放1份油酥在里面。
  • 9.包起,收口向下。
  • 10.擀开。
  • 11.卷起。
  • 12.再次按扁。
  • 13.再擀开。
  • 14.再次卷起,每份都做好,然后再蒙上保鲜膜松驰15分钟。
  • 15.取1份面团,擀开,放置1份肉馅。
  • 16.包好,收口向下,稍微按扁,可以刷一点蛋黄液,撒点芝麻,入烤箱烘焙。
  • 17.先烤10分钟,然后翻面烤10分钟,再翻面烤15分钟左右,如果是刷了蛋液的就不用翻面了。
