冰皮月饼
制作冰皮月饼很简单,特别是用冰皮月饼粉来做,那真是更简单了,不用再东买西买的,准备一堆东西了,和孩子一起做更有乐趣,就像捏橡皮泥一样简单,看着孩子吃着自己亲手做的月饼,那小脸上美滋滋的。送亲朋好友也是很不错的,吃腻了传统的月饼,今年来些不一样的,很不错哦。

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.冰皮月饼粉加入85度左右的热水,按1:1的最,边倒边搅拌,使之均匀。
  • 2.稍稍凉一些的时候,戴上一次性手套将其揉成面团,取少许的粘面团随意分成三部分,每份加入少许的色素,揉成三种不同颜色的面团,盖上保鲜膜备用。
  • 3.白色面团分成30克左右一个,分割成多大一个,主要看月饼模的大小,这次用的月饼模是65克的,一般皮与馅的比例是1:1就好。
  • 4.豆沙馅选择的是油豆沙,分割成35克一个球,一共11个。
  • 5.月饼模按上自己喜欢的一个模,然后先用糯米粉将月饼模撒上一层,起到防粘中的作用,再取少许的有色面团按压在需要的位置上,周围弄干净。
  • 6.再取一个白色面团包上一个豆沙球。
  • 7.然后放入月饼模里,一次按压成形,一个好看的冰皮月饼就完成了。
  • 8.同样的方法可以根据自己的喜好来完成其余的冰皮月饼,当然此时可以直接食用了,如果能放入冰箱里冷藏一下,味道和口感都会更好哦。
