Steps to make 家常炒牛河

  • 1.河粉。
  • 2.生菜清洗干净后掰成两段。
  • 3.牛肉、鸡蛋、胡萝卜、小葱。
  • 4.鸡蛋调成液,牛肉用酱油、胡椒粉、淀粉、油,腌制入味。
  • 5.胡萝卜切片,小葱切段。
  • 6.用酱油、老抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、沙茶酱,拌一个酱汁备用。
  • 7.起锅热油,把牛肉炒熟,铲出备用。
  • 8.鸡蛋滑熟,铲出备用。
  • 9.锅中再次放油,炸香葱白。
  • 10.放入胡萝卜片,炒至断生。
  • 11.倒入河粉,炒至干香。
  • 12.把刚刚炒好的牛肉和鸡蛋倒入翻炒。
  • 13.倒入生菜炒至断生。
  • 14.把酱汁倒入,翻炒入味。
  • 15.最后放入剩下的小葱,翻拌均匀即可。
  • 16.成品。家常炒牛河。
