黑米紫菜包饭

Steps to make 黑米紫菜包饭

  • 1.鲷鱼肉解冻后洗净,切成大块,加入盐和黑胡椒碎腌制10分钟左右。
  • 2.黑米:大米:糯米的量按照1:1:0.5混合,洗净,加入适量水,放入电压力锅蒸熟。
  • 3.酸黄瓜切片备用。
  • 4.准备好玉米淀粉,鸡蛋和面包糠,鸡蛋打散。
  • 5.腌制好的鱼肉按照上一步骤标注的顺序先裹一层淀粉,再裹蛋液,最后裹面包糠,放入平底锅中煎熟。
  • 6.鸡蛋加适量盐打散,放入平底锅中摊成蛋饼,分成四块。
  • 7.案板上铺上保鲜膜,再放一张寿司紫菜。
  • 8.放入适量米饭平铺,压实。
  • 9.放上蛋饼和鱼排。
  • 10.再放上奶酪片和适量肉松。
  • 11.再取适量米饭,放在手上按压结实,大小要和底下的米饭差不多。
  • 12.盖上米饭,稍微按压紧实,然后拉住保鲜膜按照箭头所示的方向用海苔包住米饭,再打开保鲜膜,一边包好再包另一边。
  • 13.最后再用保鲜膜包紧饭团。
  • 14.一切两半。
  • 15.放入盘子中,放上酸黄瓜片,再配一杯牛奶,当早餐非常不错。
  • 16.成品。
