很喜欢吃杏鲍菇,虽然是素的却能吃出肉肉的感觉。把杏鲍菇做成鱼香味,味道好极了绝对不输肉菜,米饭杀手,多准备米饭吧。

  • 青椒1只
  • 胡萝卜1个
  • 泡发木耳10朵
  • 蒜瓣2个
  • 豆瓣酱1小勺
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 冠利红葡萄酒醋1勺
  • 白糖1g

Steps to make 鱼香杏鲍菇

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.杏鲍菇切为2段手撕小条。
  • 3.青椒切丝、胡萝卜切丝、木耳切丝,蒜瓣拍碎。
  • 4.调好鱼香酱汁:小碗里加入生抽、盐、糖和葡萄酒醋。
  • 5.再加入玉米淀粉和1勺水,搅拌均匀待用。
  • 6.热油锅,把杏鲍菇炒出水分再煸到焦黄后盛出待用。
  • 7.锅中放油烧热,炒香蒜末再加豆瓣酱翻炒出红油。
  • 8.加入胡萝卜丝、木耳和杏鲍菇翻炒均匀。
  • 9.淋入调好的鱼香酱汁煮开。
  • 10.加入青椒丝炒匀收汁微浓稠状态即可。
