  • 老抽1/4小匙

Steps to make 蒜香鸡卷

  • 1.先将鸡腿去骨。取来一个钢盆,将大蒜切碎放入钢盆中,再加入所有调味料搅拌均匀成腌料备用。将处理好的鸡腿肉放入腌料中腌渍,时间为1小时左右。
  • 2.这时预热烤箱,至上下火200度。取张锡纸,把腌渍好的鸡腿肉放在上面,卷成筒状,用锡纸包裹好,可以包裹成糖果形,放在烤盘上,
  • 3.送入预热好的烤箱中,烘烤约15分钟,翻面烤10分钟。
  • 4.然后取出烤盘,稍微凉一下切成厚片摆在盘中,淋上烤盘内的剩余酱汁。
