Steps to make 春卷

  • 1.荠菜清洗干净后开水里焯烫30秒钟立即捞出放冷水冰一下。
  • 2.然后挤干荠菜里的水分,将荠菜切成末
  • 3.肉末里加入盐1勺、耗油1勺、鲍鱼汁1勺、姜末少许、蛋清1个搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将肉末和荠菜混合后在加入一勺芝麻油搅拌均匀。

  • 7.从一边卷起。
  • 8.最后卷好成一个春卷。
  • 9.打一个鸡蛋将鸡蛋液搅打开。用小刷子在春卷的接口处刷上蛋液粘住。如果不刷蛋液下锅炸的时候春卷皮一定会开。
  • 10.锅里油烧6-7成热时候,放入春卷,炸至金黄即可捞出。
