椰蓉曲奇
这款曲奇,加了很多椰蓉,有浓浓的椰蓉香。椰蓉也让曲奇口感更酥脆。烤好后曲奇也出现了一些小裂纹,取放也要更加轻盈。(不是名家的方子,仅供参考)
配上一杯饮品,做下午茶,也相当的不错。家里的小朋友也应该也会非常的喜欢!

  • 黄油60g
  • 低粉75g
  • 椰蓉75g
  • 蛋黄一个
  • 1/8匙
  • 细砂糖30g

Steps to make 椰蓉曲奇

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.椰蓉放料理机,磨的更细些。
  • 3.黄油切小粒,室温软化。
  • 4.黄油打散,细砂糖分三次加入,过程中加入盐,一直搅打到发白状态。
  • 5.加入磨细的椰蓉。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.低粉过筛,倒入椰蓉中。
  • 8.把面团放入保鲜膜中,卷成圆柱状。(如果太干可以加入一个蛋黄)
  • 9.放冰箱冷冻成型后,取出在粗砂糖上滚动,使其表面粘上砂糖。
  • 10.用刀切成0.8厘米左右厚的圆片。
  • 11.整形后,均匀的摆在铺了锡纸的烤盘内。
  • 12.烤箱预热180度,烤15分钟后,翻面再烤5分钟。
