金沙奶黄水晶月饼

Steps to make 金沙奶黄水晶月饼

  • 1.把西米,玉米淀粉放入大碗里,加油和水泡2小时以上。
  • 2.揉成团。
  • 3.分15份。(每份约30-31克)。
  • 4.金沙奶黄馅分30克/个,15份。(做法可看我的菜谱‘金沙奶黄馅’)。
  • 5.取西米球擀开,放上奶黄馅。
  • 6.包起来,搓成小长条形。
  • 7.放入月饼模里,稍压一下。(封口朝外。)
  • 8.按压几下,脱模。(此方不粘模具。)
  • 9.每个垫在油纸上,放入蒸屉。蒸锅的水预先烧开,把蒸屉放入,大火蒸30分钟,关火焖10分钟。
  • 10.出锅。
  • 11.放凉,密封防干。
  • 12.晶莹剔透,好看又好吃。
  • 13.外皮Q弹,奶黄香软。
