营养美味-----葱香带鱼
昨天第一次用,对胖子锅的脾气还不了解,温度调高了,有点糊,但味道很棒,今天又做了带鱼,做的时候就注意了很多,将温度也调低了一些,最后出来的效果就好多了哟。
不知道大家是不是觉得飞利浦的这款炸锅,外形特别可爱,反正第一眼就把我秒啦。
是我喜欢的白色,好可爱,因为美所以更爱美,给它戴朵花花,对了,我给它取名叫“胖子锅”。
中国人过春节喜欢吃鱼,寓意“年年有余”的意思,带鱼营养又美味,孩子们当然也很喜欢,妈妈就喜欢做带鱼给我吃,今天用空气炸锅来做,不放一滴油,感觉更营养更健康。

    Steps to make 营养美味-----葱香带鱼

    • 1.将带鱼处理干净,滤干水份。
    • 2.多余的水份用厨房用纸按干。
    • 3.装进大碗里。
    • 4.放入腌鱼料(详见小贴士)。
    • 5.拌匀,腌制1小时。
    • 6.空气炸锅170度预热5分钟。
    • 7.将腌好的带鱼平铺在煎鱼盘上。
    • 8.炸8-10分钟即可。
