  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.葱姜水。
  • 3.莲藕去皮洗干净切成块放盐水里,照顾切块,生姜切片,后腿肉切块,小葱切成葱花。
  • 4.肉放进绞肉机里打成肉末。
  • 5.莲藕,香菇和生姜放进绞肉机打成颗粒状。
  • 6.所有材料放进盆里,里面加生抽,蚝油,老抽,料酒,盐,鸡精,五香粉,花椒粉,胡椒粉。
  • 7.烧油淋在上面,加适量芝麻香油搅拌均匀。
  • 8.分三次加葱姜水朝着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 9.饺子馅就做好了。
  • 10.和一块白面团,打成汁的菠菜汁和一个绿面团醒发一小时。
  • 11.取一块白面团和绿面团搓成长条。
  • 12.将绿面团擀成薄片包住白面条。
  • 13.切成剂子擀成饺子皮。
  • 14.包上莲藕香菇肉馅。
  • 15.一个翡翠饺子就包好了。
  • 16.全部包好的翡翠饺子。
  • 17.锅中烧水,水开放少许盐,将饺子下进去,水开加3次水饺子就煮好了。
