  • 5.准备好面粉和南瓜泥
  • 6.南瓜泥加入面粉中(取100克南瓜泥)
  • 7.南瓜泥加入面粉中,加酵母搅拌成面絮
  • 8.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜,放至温暖的地方,发酵至两倍大
  • 9.时间结束后,检查面团状态,已经发酵好的面团,中间戳一个洞不回缩
  • 10.拿出面团,按压排气,再次揉光滑
  • 11.分成12个均匀的小剂子(30克左右一个)
  • 12.取出一个面团,擀成圆面片,包入肉馅
  • 13.包成包子形状
  • 14.依次全部包好
  • 15.包子生胚凉水上锅,依次摆入蒸锅中,中间留有空隙,不开火,盖上锅盖,再次醒发20分钟,时间结束后,开大火,出汽后蒸15分钟,再虚蒸3-5分钟
