  • 1.首选牛腱子肉 。
  • 2.全部辅料 。
  • 3.牛肉凉水入锅 ,倒入料酒 、葱姜。
  • 4.焯水五分钟,捞起。
  • 5.锅内放入牛肉和所有辅料 。
  • 6.倒入酱油、老抽、豆瓣酱、冰糖 、料酒和适量的水。
  • 7.放入胡椒粉和香油,大火煮开后,转小火慢炖两个小时 。
  • 8.两个小时后 ,牛肉卤至软绵,锅里再浸泡三个小时更入味。
  • 9.成品。酱香浓郁,绝对是下酒的好菜 。
