Steps to make 蒜苔炒蛋

  • 1.蒜苔清冼后切段,鸡蛋三个。
  • 2.辣椒切碎。辣椒用来提辣,提色,不吃辣的可不放。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中搅成蛋液待用。
  • 4.取平底锅放油烧热关火,倒进蛋液。
  • 5.再开小火将蛋煎熟,用产子产断出锅待用。
  • 6.锅里再次放油烧热,倒进蒜苔炒匀,加点精盐入味。
  • 7.将蒜苔炒片刻,放进红辣椒提辣。
  • 8.待蒜苔炒熟时,倒进炒好的鸡蛋炒匀。
  • 9.翻炒均匀,关火调点生抽炒匀出锅装盘。
  • 10.炒好的蒜苔炒蛋。
