  • 1.准备材料,辣椒酱,白萝卜半个,盐,白糖,米醋,小米辣。
  • 2.白萝卜去皮切条(厚宽度大概0.5-1厘米左右)放2-3克盐搅拌腌制10分钟,目的是sha出萝卜的辛辣味。
