  • 7.在蒸鱼盆子上面铺一层姜丝
  • 8.将鱼放在盆子的姜上,往鱼肚也放一些姜丝,鱼身上面也放一些姜丝
  • 9.蒸锅大火水烧开后,放入鱼蒸上15分钟即可
  • 10.用平底锅倒入油,放入姜丝,葱丝,椒丝爆炒一下然后淋上鱼身上
  • 11.最后倒入蒸鱼酱油即可享用
