红豆煎饼
红豆煎饼,松软适口,红豆馅香甜,小朋友很喜欢,有时间的时候多做一些放冰箱冷冻起来,早上直接拿出来煎一下,就是不错的早餐,非常方便。

Steps to make 红豆煎饼

  • 1.先把盐拌入面粉中,倒入烧开的开水,用筷子拌一下,再加入冷水,继续拌一下,再加入食用油,把面粉拌成面絮的样子。
  • 2.用手把面絮揉成团,不用揉面,团成一个面团即可,盖上保鲜膜,让它醒面15分钟。
  • 3.把红豆馅料分成3份,红豆馅料一般超市都有卖的,很容易买到。
  • 4.醒好的面团分成3份。
  • 5.取一份面团压扁,包入红豆沙馅料,像包包子一样包起来就行。
  • 6.包入馅料的面团压扁,变成一个小饼。
  • 7.用擀面杖把小饼擀大擀薄,撒上芝麻,就是一个饼胚了。擀的时候要温柔一点,避免太大力挤破饼皮把馅料撒出来了。每个饼胚之间放一张保鲜膜隔开,就可以放冰箱冷冻了,想吃的时候拿出来煎一下就行。
  • 8.锅内放少许油,做好的饼胚,放进去煎。
  • 9.煎至两面出现金黄色就好啦。
  • 10.煎好的饼,切分成你喜欢的形状即可。
  • 11.配上咖啡当早餐很好吃,或者搭配任意你喜欢的豆浆,粥~
