米汤麦片吐司
早上吃饭剩下一碗米粥,因为这粥真的很好喝,而且煮粥的米也是非常珍贵的,所以我把粥上面一层的米汤取出来做了这款吐司!

  • 植物油20g
  • 2g
  • 酵母5g
  • 白糖40g
  • 鸡蛋25g
  • 高粉270g

Steps to make 米汤麦片吐司

  • 1.1 所有材料先液体后固体入入面包机揉至完成阶段
  • 2.2 基本发酵好的面团
  • 3.3 取出发酵面团排气滚圆,平均分成5份,中间松弛10分钟
  • 4.4 取一份面包按压成长条
  • 5.5 把面团两边对折
  • 6.6 把面团再次按压成长条
  • 7.7 从面团一端卷起
  • 8.8 把卷好的面团放进吐司模进行二次发酵
  • 9.9 待面团发酵至吐司模九分满
  • 10.10 烤箱底层180度40分钟,放凉后切片!
