二人杂蔬菌菇羊肉火锅
冬天到了,我总会想到火锅,不但省事,吃完了还会周身暖和,没有了冬天的寒意。平时吃个火锅主要是放松放松,尤其外面飘着雪花,家人围坐火炉前涮着羊肉唠着家常,最有意境了,那才是一种享受啦。

吃火锅我家爱涮羊肉,尤其我老公和儿子就喜欢羊肉和肥牛,告诉我不要买鱼丸蟹棒啥的,说吃着不如肉片来的过瘾,有买鱼丸的钱不如多买点肉片,索性我就买肉片,我则是一个素食者,喜欢蔬菜粉丝豆腐啥的,所以搭配些蔬菜和菌菇。

我和老公的这顿火锅做起来简单,火锅的蘸料直接买的袋装成品,因为加了浓汤宝,汤汁鲜味十足,最后还用火锅清汤煮了绿豆面条,吃得我俩饱饱的,浑身上下直冒热气。

  • 1.准备羊肉片和绿豆杂面、 涮羊肉蘸料
  • 2.准备各种蔬菜菌菇,干香菇提前用清水稍微泡软一些
  • 3.将菌菇和蔬菜洗净改刀
  • 4.准备粉丝和蔬菜
  • 5.火锅底料:家乐鸡肉味浓汤宝1块 清水3碗 干香菇3朵 大虾3只 花椒1把 大料2个 草果1个(拍散) 砂仁2个(拍散) 良姜1块 荜拨 1个 甘草2片 大葱段 姜片 枸杞少许烧开火锅底料的香料除了花椒、八角、香叶外的可以根据自己的喜好增加减少或者可以不放哦,荜拨有散寒的功效,阴虚火旺的人要禁忌
