【电饭煲也能做饭店菜】清蒸鲈鱼
从小就特别爱吃鱼。不过在家里吃河里边的多一些,到了英国,想吃鱼只能吃海鱼啦。幸好,大英帝国什么都贵,鱼和国内比起来,还是稍微便宜点的。这个鲈鱼是少数我能认出名字的海鱼,遇到打折的时候,才两镑一条,大概就人民币20块不到偶尔去超市见到了,就会买回来清蒸。
       材料虽然简陋,只有个电饭煲,做出来的味道起码也不比这儿的中国餐厅差哈。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鱼剃干净鱼鳞。
  • 3.在清水中洗净,特别是鱼肚子要洗干净。
  • 4.在表面划几刀。
  • 5.切好葱姜丝。
  • 6.用盐,胡椒粉和料酒腌制一下鱼。因为厨具太小了,鲈鱼斩成两截放进盘子里,锅子够大的省略。
  • 7.铺上姜丝和一半的葱丝,腌制15-20分钟。
  • 8.电饭煲水烧开后,放入蒸格中蒸8分钟。
  • 9.剩下一半葱丝在凉水中浸泡。
  • 10.蒸鱼的过程把生抽 1.5勺, 蚝油 少量, 白糖 少量,加少许热水调成汁。
  • 11.蒸出的水倒掉,铺上剩余的葱丝。
  • 12.平底锅烧热油,要烧至冒烟。
  • 13.烧热的油浇在鱼身上。
  • 14.另起锅下调好的汁烧热。
  • 15.均匀地淋在鱼身上。
