百香果磅蛋糕
百香果是一种南方水果,营养丰富,搭配蜂蜜泡水喝,非常好喝。这次我用百香果做磅蛋糕,烤的时候特别香,做好后也是酸酸甜甜的口感,一点都不腻,今天就和大家分享这个方子。

  • 低筋面粉120克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油100克
  • 百香果6个
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 泡打粉4克

Steps to make 百香果磅蛋糕

  • 1.准备好需要的食材,黄油常温下软化。
  • 2.对黄油进行打发,砂糖分多次放入。
  • 3.一定要把黄油打的颜色发白,特别细腻如羽毛状。
  • 4.百香果4个,取出果肉。
  • 5.黄油分多次加入鸡蛋液,每次搅拌均匀再加入剩余蛋液。接着筛入面粉和泡打粉,搅拌均匀。再加入百香果拌匀。
  • 6.烤箱175度预热,面糊倒入模具中。
  • 7.蛋糕烤制45分钟。利用这个时间,取2个百香果,放入纱布中,过滤出汁水备用。
  • 8.蛋糕烤好后用刷子把蛋液刷在表面上。等放凉后切片即可。
  • 9.磅蛋糕本身重油重糖比较腻,用百香果做出来的是酸甜口感的,很去油腻,味道特别棒。
